They have moderate organizational skills that they will relentlessly leverage into persistent, effective and winsome follow up with prospects. Primary Responsibilities

  • Promote Halifax Homes to buyers and achieve quarterly sales goals for the community.

  • Generate increased buyer traffic through social media, video, blog articles, prospecting, networking with Realtors, Realtor drops, open houses and regular community events.

  • Maintain planned presence at model home and engage all guests, establishing a relationship and determining their home buying needs. 

  • Obtain guest information and implement effective follow up strategies to move prospects along the sales process.

  • Conduct successful tours with buyers, answering questions, providing information about the community and discussing features of the homes.

  • Consult buyers to select preferred home site, floor plan and general design budget.

  • Quickly and efficiently drive home site interest into successful contracts, coordinating with the Halifax Homes office, buyer and co-operating agent. Write and present all offers.

  • Develop expert knowledge of Halifax Homes advantages, floor plans, and home sites. Pursue world-class mastery of new home sales techniques, home building processes, competing inventory, mortgage financing, neighborhood information.

  • Track relevant market, demographic, buyer data and periodically submit reports to the VP of Sales.

  • Coordinate with Halifax Homes management to establish successful business plans, marketing strategies, events and provide market-based feedback on product, plans and pricing.

  • Promote a winning first impression of the community by overseeing site cleanliness, model home presentation, onsite and directional signage, collateral, professional appearance. Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with office and field staff.

  • Aid in maintaining a successful online buyer experience by updating listing feeds and help maintain accurate community Facebook pages.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Associates Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Active Florida Real Estate license 

  • Prior experience in real estate sales helpful

  • Prior experience and strong track record in direct sales required

  • Expected performance and compensation varies with experience. Below are broad guidelines only:

  • Launching: $40,000 - 80,000

  • Intermediate: $80,000 - 120,000

  • Experienced: $120,000 +

  • Advanced: $200s +  

  • All industry related continuing education and MLS dues paid for by company

Salary: $40,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
