Maintenance and Facility Responsibilities Develop an understanding of the ECF campus, its facility needs, and assist the organization in future facility maintenance needs Set up and break down for normal routine church activities Set up and break down for special church events (ex.
banquets, baby showers, funerals) Clean and maintain church grounds and facilities Maintain the exterior of the church (parking lots, flower beds, signage, etc).
Repair maintenance needs and anticipates future on-going maintenance needs Administer routine maintenance needs (ex.
Air conditioning filters) Coordinate with outside vendors to do maintenance work that cannot be done in-house Take the lead on calling vendors, arrange schedules, share work schedules Lock and unlock the church as needed Manage maintenance requests through a Google reporting and tracking platform Manage church air conditioning units through app Coordinate special cleaning arrangements such as carpets and annual deep cleaning (may require working with outside vendors) Suggest products & purchases to help be more efficient with maintaining our facilities Janitorial Dispose of campus trash daily Clean facilities as requested that are not done by our contracted cleaning company Clean modular building, including all janitorial duties required for the facilities Job Type:
