Job Description:
System Service and Engineering has an open position for an experienced Customer Service Specialist.
A successful candidate will be responsible for:
Answer incoming customer calls professionally and pleasantly While speaking with customers regarding payment issues, product problems, service questions, and general customer concerns, remain polite and reassuring that you will resolve their issue Research and resolve customer complaints and communicate to customer via phone or email.
Problem solving skills and be able to convert dissatisfied customers into content customers Coordinate and schedule service calls with technicians and customers Accept telephone payments from customers for services.
Ensure that information in the customer service database is accurate and up to date Work closely with supervisors and technicians to stay updated on work orders Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right procedures/system and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Following company communication procedures, guidelines and policies Position requirements:
Must be able to work full-time.
High school diploma or GED 1-3 years customer service experience Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure Ability to prioritize task and manage time effectively Patient and attentive when listening to customers Proactive approach to problem solving Be willing and able to apologize and correct a mistake when one is made Willingness to learn new tasks and easily adapt to change Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills Ability to sit for long periods of time as this position requires data entry HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing knowledge is a PLUS Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus In order to be considered for the position, the candidate must successfully complete a background, reference check & pass drug test Job Type:
