Knowledge in construction is not required but is a definite plus.
Looking for someone with the following skills:
- Good Communication.
Comfortable with Phone calls & emails.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Gmail Software - Must have good organization & pay attention to details Quickbooks experience is not required but would be a major plus Daily tasks may include things like:
- Making Social Media Posts - Office Runner - Communicating with Customers & Subs.
Ultimately being a liaison between customers and owners - Sending out emails - typing up prepared estimates - Putting together Contracts - Etc.
This will be an hourly paid position.
Pay will be based on overall experience being brought to the table.
Mandatory Office hours will be 9-4 PM Monday to Friday.
